As said, was it ever revealed why after 3DR start negotiating with Take2 in late '08, why in 2009 they suddenly changed the the proposed agreement? As the new offer was unacceptable for 3DR, which caused the sad layoffs, which should never have had to happen. Have ever got any info as to why? As the History of DNF and Scott & Georges public feud from 3 years ago, George seems to blame Scott even though Gearbox already had the rights before they sued 3DR.

Watched history of DNF many times, looked at the Duke4 museum website and am still confused. And curious, mainly curious.
