My custom tiles.cfg for Mapster32 (Duke Nukem 3D)

So, I took the time to organize all Duke Nukem 3D original tiles into tile groups.

It was very hard coming up with the group names since it's only one per letter, but, I did the best I could to make it make sense. I'm happy with the result (maybe [R]ides was kinda of a stretch).

You can get the file here: https://raw.githubus.../main/tiles.cfg (the forum won't let me upload a .cfg file and the "code" tag doesn't look too good)

this is great, wish I could upvote it but it keeps saying that I'm over my daily quota. I always wanted to do something similar myself because I waste too much time looking for signs in tile menu but was too lazy to do it. However, the actors tab is now bloated and full of all different sides and animation parts for each and every actor, when in original tile.cfg its just actor that has code to it.

Glad you liked it!

I didn't follow the original concept of actors, I just threw in everything that could be considered a "being" (humans, monsters, dead bodies, etc). Like an actuall movie actor.

Anyway, it shouldn't be too hard to remove the unwanted animation frames now. I've also left in all frames for projectiles, explosions, etc, in case you wanted to use those frames for artistic stuff.
