Does anyone know how to launch DLCs?

When I open Downloadable content in main menu, nothing appears. But there is a DLC subfolder in game installation folder, with 2 DLC folders inside. Any idea how to launch DLC?
Every DLC folder contains these subfolders: Maps, Movies, Music, Particles, PrecacheIndex, SkinMeshes, Sounds, StaticMeshes, System and Textures. (Guess it wouldn´t work if I copy DLC subfolders and replace the original game folders of the same names?)

Do you mean The Doctor Who Cloned Me DLC? Pretty sure you launch it in-game through the DNF menu.
