Pantsmo's Pantaloon Adventure "Cosmo's Cosmic adventure mod"

I just stumbled upon this little thing:

It's a fan modification of the shareware version of Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure that makes Cosmo and other characters clothed. What caught my attention (besides the general interest this mod might represent) is the following tidbit from the description:
