On a serious note, Duke 1999&2000 TC is pretty good, the latter half anyway. And it got its share of naked ladies in it from what I remember (I know there was a naked girl showering in the bathroom, and no it's not from the PP set it's different).
Others from my recollection are Vixens 2 and NIB (though the latter also has a bunch of gore sprites in it)
