I bought blood fresh supply almost 2 years ago and ever since then I still haven't been able to play it because of this bug due to which the colour pallete of game gets completely messed up. I have searched about this everywhere I can but nobody has a solution for it therefore I came here to get help from build engine wizards themselves.
Also I have played many other kex engine games(Po'ed, System Shock, Turok, Powerslave and Doom 64) on the same pc but none of them has this issue

This is a GPU issue, you're either using a very outdated card or Intel HD graphics.

Oh well guess I'll just stick to GDX

You do realise just about everyone here despises Fresh Supply?
Anyway, it kinda looks like what happens when the GPU driver erroneously applies anisotropic filtering in Polymost with palette emulation on.
Just use NBlood or BuildGDX instead.

The saddest thing about Fresh Supply is that they've simply given up on it (or were forced to). With enough dedication, they could have still turned this into a decent port. As far as I understood, when Atari took over, Steam didn't allow third party depot control at that time. Nightdive has also moved on to a new codebase generation by now, complicating things further.
But yeah, in this case OP should avoid FS since graphics card issues are certainly not going to be addressed.

Wasn't there a patch that Nightdive has been blue balling for years?

Yes it’s being worked on by a dev on the KEX discord named Edward850 in his off time. He’s still hopeful he’ll get a green light one day.

OK, I wasn't aware of that. Depending on what's supposed to be in that patch, then maybe there is some hope left after all.

The thing about Fresh Supply is that you have two groups
- One group thinks it's fine already, they will play it regardless.
- The other group thinks it's an abomination that should be purged from the earth. These wont play it regardless how much patching is done to it. Except possibly to find new bugs to point out.
Very few players think "Oh, I would play Fresh Supply if only they patched thing X"
