Metal Gear (officially ported on java phones)
Doom (officially port by bethesda)
Shadow warrior classic redux (ported by 3D Realms)
Raze/Zeta touch (a source port on which you can run multiple build games including ion fury and 'Nam)
Rott touch (ported by beloko games)
Delta touch (a compilation of doom 1,2 and 3 source ports for android by beloko games)
Quad touch (similar to delta touch but here you can play quake 1,2 and 3)
Alpha touch (a compilation of source ports for RTCW, Blakestone, Rott and Wolf3D by beloko)
Duke Nukem 3D (officially ported by machinework northwest)
Xash 3D (a reversed engineered source port for GoldSrce engine)
ScummVm (a source port for classic LucasArts games such as monkey island)

Anyway here's a picture of Duke Nukem 3D running on my late grandfather's 10-12 years old phone (Micromax AD3520 500 mb of ram)

Commander Genius (aka Commander Keen) port by Gerhard Stein (it was maybe 3 games in 1 pack if i remember correctly? I can´t launch it now on mobile for some reason)
Golden Axe ("Classics") port by SEGA (3 games in 1 pack)
Heretic port by Eltechs
Tomb Raider port from mob.org I remember?

For those who don't know there are many great titles that were ported to nvidia shield here are a few of them:-
Portal 1
Half-life 2
Doom 3
Metal gear solid 2 and 3
Metal gear rising reveangence(not an old school game but it's still cool)
Tomb Raider 2013(same case as mgr reveangence)

Aliens vs. Predator 2000 (Beloko made a port on it long time ago he mentioned that it's working fine for most part but he never released it)
Kwaak 3 (The first ever quake 3 source port for android. Was released around 2010)
Quakedroid (Port of Mark V quake source port for android)
RTCW4A, Qi4A, Qii4A, Qiii4A, Diii4A (all of these are source ports for Return to castle wolfenstein, quake 1, quake 2, quake 3, doom 3 respectively. Developed by n0n3m4)
Idtech4a++ (A collection of source port of id games and a few other games on same engine. It can run quake 1, quake 2, quake 3, quake 4, RTCW, doom 3 vanilla, doom 3 bfg, prey and the dark mod. Also it can run censored version doom 1 and 2 through bfg edition of doom 3)
RealMyst (A port of remake of original myst for android. If you want to play the original version of myst try scummvm)
Myst legacy (Port of original myst for ios only. About an year ago a remake was also released for ios if you want an alternative to classic version)

Rollercoaster tycoon:- I'm not quite sure if it's a remake or a remaster (I've never played the pc version) but I'm mentioning it anyway.
Fallout 1/2:- there are two options for these two games. Firstly there's fallout community edition which is most probably a source port. Performance wise is fantastic but unfortunately it's not very user friendly. The other option is fo2.exe which is probably an emulator (I tried asking the developer but he didn't replied). The framerate isn't as good as fallout CE. There are several mouse related issues with both of these. The only advantage fo2.exe has over fo CE is that fo2.exe can run fallout tactics and mods like fo Nevada. But other than that I prefer Fo CE over fo2.exe.
