Blood GDX graphical problems

Hey everyone!

Wondered if anyone could help.

All my Build GDX games are working fine apart from Blood which for some reason is displaying like this, leaving trails when I move...

Feels like a HOM problem. Which may mean the game is not finding certain textures which results in the slime trails on the surfaces using said textures.
