Redneck Rampage add-on question

I like that Redneck Rampage has gotten re-released for modern platforms by both companies and modders alike (Steam, Raze, etc.) so I can enjoy playing them once more. That includes Suckin' Grits and Rides Again, or course. Then I ran across an add-on I had never known about, So You Wanna Be A Redneck? It seems to be the only other "official" add-on for RR that exists, albeit from a contest with user-created content. But, aside from the original game on a few preservation sites (like archive.org), the only place I could find that actually packaged this game along with the others was over at Magipack.games. So my question is, why does this add-on get so much less love when compared to the others? Does the fact that it is user-created content make it less "official" than the others, or what?

Unlike Route 66 and just about every expansion (except for Duke Xtreme) it doesn't make up its own episode(s), it's just a map pack. Now it's been years since I looked at them, but from my recollection it makes Nuclear Winters maps look good in comparison.
