Just extract the contents of their respective ZIP files into your Duke3D directory.. Please note that the maps may share files with the same Tiles0xx.art name, so you need to use them one at a time; by either replacing the files of the same name when you're done with a map, or saving each map with their respective new content in different folders (if you use Eduke32, select the folder where the map you want to play is located on the "Custom game content directory" in the launcher)

Vixens uses a WinRAR self-extractor. All you have to do select your Duke3D folder as the Destination folder and click Extract.
