Now that Flash Player have disappeared from internet since early 2021, is there any way to play it in present days ?

Perhaps check out Flashpoint. I'm not well versed on it so you'll have to do a bit of research of your own but it sounds like it is designed to play flash games after Flash went down in 2021. It appears that this flash game is on the list of supported games seen here.

By now you can play flash stuff offline only through the official standalone Flash Player, but perfectly. All the .sol stuff for flashes that feature a savegames or savesetting system should still work and using the same folder path (maybe you have to un-check the "hided documents" option). Newgrounds, and Swfchan I guess, utilize their own players. Take also a look to the Ruffle project.

update : I just tested
Ruffle doesn't support Duke Nudem (yet)
it work with Flashpoint, but to make the game to show in the game list : enable Show Extreme Filters and turning off the filters (especially pornography extreme) in the Config tab

Wouldn't it be easier to look for the still images of the "babes" online instead of playing the game? Because let's be real, you will have better time playing a 2005 Newgrounds' meet n fuck game than this thing.
