How do I install EDuke32 to Duke Nukem 3D World Tour?

I've been loving Duke 3d, but I've heard that the source port EDuke32 is much better than world tour, and honestly, I'm starting to see why. Mouse input feels weird, and I just want to try EDuke32. Is there any way to install it properly to the Steam version of World Tour?
