How do you turn this thing off? "Wall/sector info in 2D mode"

Noticed the interface change and I'm not really a fan of it, that sector/wall info dialog box that appears and disappears almost constantly kinda gets on my nerves, so is there a way to toggle it to be off all the time, like with the clipboard in 3D mode?

I personally miss the old design. After about 5 years, I've gotten too used to it.

The problem with the old design is how unfriendly it was to widescreen resolutions... there was simply too much wasted space. I don't really like the popup shit either but it was all I could come up with as a replacement. I think the delay added to it helps a little bit, but I'm definitely open to suggestions to actually improve things.
As for missing the old design, I may yet darken the gradients and add a neon blue line here and there.

Is it possible you could make it an optional thing to use the old style?

Well, I think a key to toggle it on/off would work best, rather having it pop up all the time
