It's an older one, but definitely available on both MSDN and CGS.

It looks quite familiar, but then there is nothing more generic than crates, so it's a bit hard to pinpoint it to a single map. Maybe it's one of Maarten Pinxten's maps (Acupa Dylana or Waterworld from Crucial Conflict perhaps, since they use Atomic textures) or Escape from Area 54 by Turpuli?

In this case, I'll take a completely wild guess with Norad by Mike von Skellington, at least the MSDN screenshot looks close to that with similar textures (haven't played it though).
