Does eduke update automatically, cause I saw the Online Updates in the game options, or do I have to manually download it from the site?

This function has been malfunctioning/inactive pretty much since day #1. Basically there are no official releases these days, which I guess would be the only ones to be pulled. You will always have to update to the latest snapshot manually.

It's functional but no longer in use.
