Tank Tracks compatibility files  "New music, now in EDuke32"

The amazing Lee Jackson released his new album: Duke Nukem Tank Tracks!

The music is intended to be used with World Tour, but some would prefer not to.

So, here are the files needed to run it in EDuke32 or Rednukem, with or without stopgap!

The instructions are in the repo readme, but the TL;DR is:
Grab the correct version, place music and the file in a separate folder inside the eduke32 folder, and load that folder as custom content.
