Depending on whether or not you're on Windows or a Mac, the answer changes.
Windows, there's a patch for some versions of Director games, which this supposedly is. This fixes a memory issues, because nobody expected memory to be in the GB range at the time, so it reads 8 GB as 8 MB.
https://www.sacah.ne...60-to-stop.html
If that doesn't work...and only if that doesn't work...well, you'll have install Windows 3.1, 95 or 98 in an emulator. This can be done in DOSbox or in one of the other more involved virtual machines. I can't offer much help there since its been ages since I did that.
Mac, well, you've got WINE (as in Wine is not an Emulator if you're unfamiliar with it) the link above should still work. And all those points still apply since I think you can still install DOSbox on a Mac. Not sure, don't take up any technical advice on Macs from some dumbass who's never used one without extensive checking first. However, if you have a Mac you can also emulate it via a Mac emulator, assuming you're willing to put in the effort for that cluster. Technically, you can emulate in a Mac emulator either way, but I don't think its possible to actually play/rip the Mac side in Windows. I could be wrong.

Judging by the release year of this game it seems unlikely that its Director version 5 or 6. My apologies.
With that said, the only thing I could think of off my head would be installing a virtual machine, running Windows 98/95 in that, and playing the game that way. Because unlike Witchaven its not attached to a beloved engine, and thus, something people would want to update for modern times. That said, there is ScummVM, which is an engine recreation for a bunch of old adventure games. It doesn't have Director games yet, but they have been working on it...for a long time now. However, I do know of something easier than installing Win98 in a VM...
https://sourceforge....ects/boxedwine/
Keep in mind, I don't know how well this works, at least nested like that. I can attest that WINE works for old games, but I'm not sure how well this is going to work for your game.

But did you have windows 10 emilator? Because dosbox and wine its poor for 16 bits software.

I'm not entirely clear on what you're trying to say, but Dosbox and Wine should work for the game you're trying to play. Like I said, Dosbox needs to have an installation of Windows 95 to run an early Windows program, which is a problem tracking down. With Wine it should run, I recall running something similar and having no trouble. If it isn't, you should be getting an error message that maybe I can help with. I mean, DOSbox works in Windows 10 and with that link so should WINE. Either I'm not getting your problem now or you're not explaining it well.
