Buildgdx: Blood fresh supply or one whole unit?

I noticed that buildgdx will play both blood fresh supply as well as the one whole unit version that came with FS on gog. Just wondering what the difference actually is and if one runs better than the other, or if one is more preferred?

The difference is that OUWB has demos and FMVs (but for now the FMVs have to be extracted from the disc image to play)

So nothing as far as performance or anything like that?

As long as you use BloodGDX and not the Fresh Supply executable, anyway. Otherwise you'll have all kinds of bugs.
