I thought EDuke32 was bad with this...But then I enabled VSync through Nvidia, using my 75hz monitor that has FreeSync on it, set the FPS to 75 with the offset at -3, now I got a Duke Nukem 3D that is way smoother than I expected and I'm sure happy about it.
But with BuildGDX, I just can't get it right. Tried it on Shadow Warrior and Blood, no matter what I do I have to make big sacrifices; Either I get extreme screen stuttering/tearing at high FPS but my mouse feels so good, or I get no screen tearing but my mouse is so unresponsive that it should be a major crime.
And yes, I also tried to do what I did to EDuke32, by setting FPS limit to 72 in config file and enabling VSync through Nvidia, but it makes everything much worse.
Do any of you have any tips on what I can do? I just want good mouse movement with no screen tearing, or at least to a minimum. BuildGDX just has this tearing that makes me think my monitor/GPU is malfunctioning so badly when there are explosions.

Bad FPS, Bad VSync, terrible mouse movement
