white boxes in Mapster tile selector

I recently discovered that in newer Mapster versions under Polymer, textures in the tile selector are white boxes and skyboxes in 3d mode also show as solid white. I was able to bisect the issue way back to 7621. I also discovered that somewhere between 6927 and 7621 all the tiles and skyboxes were black. So I'm guessing this issue has been around for a long time but since I stayed with 6927 because of an addon someone did for me, I never noticed it all this time. The fact that only one other person noticed and mentioned it just within the last week or so tells me Polymer mapping is almost completely dead. At least with versions newer than a year or so ago. Thats very sad. And in my case, I'm using a 2 year old mapster.

I also found these bugs (in Polymer) in older and newer (more or less) than r8130 (Sept 2019). It seems to me a compromise solution because with my version, controller Xbox works perfectly

Are you saying that 8130 works good for you? For me, 8130 shows the skybox properly but I still have white boxes.

Tile selector Is OK. But I Have last DukePlus installed (5.01) and I don't know if is the difference

Oh I'm sorry, I forgot it Mapster Is r6916. Eduke is 8130

OK. That explains why mapster is working. You run an old version like I do.

My bestest buddy in the whole world TX informed me the issue has been fixed in 9205 today. I have confirmed it. Thanks.

...it would also be nice and important for me and for others (they are not few: they are not usually used to entering the forum) to resume the code broken by Terminx's r7450 revision regarding the impossibility for monsters to pass (or jump) from a Tror sector to a normal one. "Enemies are broken on TROR barriers" It would be a big step forward for editors

for me, I'm sad to find that with the new versions of Eduke32 (for almost a year) the wireless Xbox controller has become totally unusable. Moreover Mapster has become unstable, for example when you are in complicated maps, switching from 3d to 2d the program vanishes

If you are using fullscreen try going to a windowed resolution. Years ago crashing was a problem in fullscreen.
