Maybe is a bit over complicated or unnecesary, but some options could be useful.

At least, to launch a game directly, something like "BuildGDX -game Blood" launched with the configured options. If it's not configured show a popup in the launcher.

It's only a suggestion.

Edit dukegdx.ini (or whatever gdx ini):
Startup = 1 to 0.

Also, i want to point out, my first comment is more about to having BuildGDX setup with several games, add the ability to open one of them directly via a shortcut, for example, going directly the game passed via argument without showing the launcher.
