The only way I know how is to choose a lower screen resolution for 2D and 3D mode in the startup window and checkmark the box for full screen.

Since the introduction of Full HD monitors this should be considered a bug.

I would assume changing this might be a bit of a nightmare as everything in build works with per-pixel precision and sizes.
To work around the tiny editor (other than text), I ended up using the windows' built in zoom/magnifier function quite a lot.
Press WIN + plus and then on the settings you can adjust integer scaling on if you disable all tickboxes and such.
This is really the only way to get per-unit precision movement.
One alternate option is to boot up mapster in say... 960x540 windowed and then using zoom to effectively double pixel the editor.
This works but it's a hacky way. Can be better than nothing.
