Pistol reloading animation

Not sure if it was reported before. Rarely, there's a gap at the bottom of the screen (also with the widescreen sprites) during the reloading animation. Run and shoot with a pistol to reproduce. Tested on r5999 and r8681.

Was there a time when that didn't happen? View bobbing continues up and down during reload instead of locking the display to a certain y coordinate, so there's a small gap if the highest point of the reload happens to coincide with the highest view bob.

I can't test how far back that goes right now but I think it is an original problem. I know I did a bunch of vertical extensions some point after I did the Megaton horizontal extensions.
