Sound oddity when loading a savegame with rotating doors

Minor issue, but there's a small sound oddity when loading savegames. To reproduce:
  • Load E1L2 (Red Light District)
  • Open the rotating door to the left of the starting elevator and save the game while it's turning.
  • Load the game and listen. Once the door stops, it will play the sound it is supposed to play when turning in an infinite loop.

This occurs for any moving sector that acts like this and plays a sound. In DOS Duke 3D, it plays no sound at all when stopped, even on savegame load, which I assume is the intended behavior.

Bisection indicates that this issue originates from either revision r3080 or r3083, both of which are related to sounds.
