[Fixed] Getting stuck in the Usermap Menu

As of r8075, it is possible to get "stuck" in the usermap menu by selecting a map, getting to the Skill select, and then pressing escape.

The menu will go back to the usermap selection, but you will be unable to exit it until you select a map. This is happening since r7930.

This problem persists in r8494.
