Sounds a lot like that map I've heard of, where you shoot yourself in the foot whilst posting on Duke4.
Apparently once you run out of ammo in that one, it's Mighty Boot vs. Mighty Boot, but you can also use the corner of the closest table leg available for bad damage.

I'm pretty sure suggesting someone should die in a game just after they died in real life is quite in poor taste.

Such a hard working and passionate modder like Zaxtor would want to stay in the game. There are better ways to do a tribute.
