with vsync enabled, the new vertical aim feels smoother (i.e. faster) than horizontal aim, is this a thing or it's just me?
EDIT: i don't really notice a difference with vsync off

We modified vertical mouse aiming to use angles instead of angle tangents, which eliminates the diminishing speed of movement as you aim nearer to the up or down extremes.

If the new aiming seems too fast to you, you can always lower your Y axis scaling in the menu as well.
