DUKE NUKEM REMIXED. Reduked 2010 - 2016 "Duke Nukem 3D Soundtrack: Remixed"

The second level of the "DLC" for DNF 2013 (the Duke3d mod) spent almost entirely on your motorcycle has what is currently my favorite rendition of Grabbag, so I guess there's always this.

I see that you've avoided a Grabbag remake. Is it because at this point everyone and their mother has made one?
That's certainly why I loved the original album to begin with.

Great work! One unexpected track was your DN2 theme remix--very catchy. So far all the ones I've tried are pretty darn great.

One of two things: use of game sfx in them, particularly the sound of fire that is the lead-in on several tracks I think. Otherwise 144 Kills, Dark Side, Departure, Derelict, DN2 Main Theme, Fahrenheit, Fat Commander, Fight, Freeway, Preperation 00db, Rabit Transit, Space Storm, The Stalker, and Water World are basically perfect. Alien Reactor is a little bit too trance I think, as well as Taking The Dethtoll. Slower with a more groovy beat I think works better (Water World has to be my favorite -- very groovy.)

Alien Reactor is my favourite!! But I used to be big into trance...

So did I actually. I still love electronic music more than any other genre but the nature of it changed. I actually really like the percussion of the original so I kind of thought if you built it around that, it would be really groovy, rivaling Water World.

Remember mp3.com back before CNET bought it and ruined it? There was so much great indie music on there. That's what introduced me to a lot of trance musicians.

The Cynic Project! That was basically my introduction.

Hey! Just pumping this up to tell you OC Remix featured one track from Reduked.
As well to give some diffusion to this thread, I'm pretty sure there are many users here that aren't even aware these remixes even exist. Could it be sticky? or maybe be on the front page?
Finally I'm gonna upload the tracks to Band Camp with a few new themes soon, since the songs in soundcloud almost reach 100 downloads.
Cheers!

Oh c'mon just 4 persons? XD
It is supposed Soundcloud is going through hard times, they are famous for deleting content without telling you even if you are the rights holder, anyway I would like start creating a solid e mail list in case the other channels are lost. I'm gonna send PM trought Youtube and Soundcloud as well and see how many e mails I can gather.
Sorry if I haven't released anything recently. Is just that I have went trought many changes in my life last years, finished a somewhat late university, move to another house (3 times in a row, I left my parents home almost at 27 years!) starting a new life with the girl I love, bike got stole, loosing lots of projects, music, photos, (even tracks from Reduked that nobody is listen to never and other almost finished projects) due to hard drive failure (almost a year from both - yeah I know, I have backups everwhere now) getting a new job (that now I'm about to quit)... And don't take me wrong, this time has been wonderful, but I need to change my direction again do what I love the most...
SPOILER: Private track is a medley between Urban Jungle and Lord of LA.

Any chance for reuploading all the tracks for us folks who still use dedicated mp3 players? Also just send an email!

I've uploaded an archive that's basically just all of the stuff on his Soundcloud downloaded.

Damn, not available anymore. Could someone (maybe Mike) just upload them again to some decent site? Not calling it an album is okay but I really shouldn't suffer through 20+ links to download each song (+ most of them are not even downloadable anymore). Guess I'll just keep listening to the 2010 version, that one still used the power of a compressed archive.
Anyway based on the few tracks I've listened to your remixes are still awesome, Mike, it's just a shame that you love SoundCloud so much.
