Hey all, been loving EDuke32 and the classic Duke Nukem games. Been wondering if anybody came up with an infinite ammo script for EDuke32?

Simple console cheats not good enough for you?
If you want a script, you could paste this into GAME.CON right under the line that says "actor APLAYER MAXPLAYERHEALTH PSTAND 0 0"
I did it that way to save typing. It will give everything but your foot 50 ammo all the time.

my version of the Atomic Edition doesn't have a Game.con file. just a DGame.con file

If you are using EDuke32 you can put that code in where I said and it will work, regardless of how the script file is named.

I checked under DGame.Con and Duser.com and can't find the line where you mentioned where the script should be added to

Your CON files must be archived in your DUKE3D.GRP file then. Normally the game comes with copies of them outside the GRP, but that is not the way yours is configured. The "DGame.CON" file is probably not even being used. You could also add my code via a game event without putting it in the player actor.
In any case, you asked for a script and I gave you a script. You didn't say that you have zero knowledge of how scripting works in Duke 3D and that you needed a tutorial from first principles...that's another topic.
