Blood - Works Very Well
Shadow Warrior - Works Very Well
Redneck Rampage Rides Again - Works Very Well

I wounder why duke3d, and redneck rampage has this color problem?

Duke3d Atomic - Will startup and run, But looks like an acid trip.
Redneck Rampage - Will startup and run, But looks like an acid trip.

Awesome man. ^^ I'll still use DosBox but it is nice to know an option too. ^^

I did this before I knew about DosBox... Still do on older machines - why DosBox ALWAYS emulates a CPU is beyond me, it's too heavy and what's the point if I am already on an x86 system?

I have never had this problem in Virtual PC, I have, however, had it in DosBox and even on the real hardware, it seems to happen with ATi cards more often than not and then corrupt the display but it will almost always occur on an nVidia cards if you booted to DOS and not Windows, especially if you are using TV-output.

I think I had a couple of S3 Trios that had a later BIOS version than the other ones I own that produced similar results.

I can only assume that the engine has a problem loading the palette into the Video Memory or wherever it ends up, presumably it is not something anybody bothers to test out on newer hardware (newer is anything from 1999 upwards to me).

So that would mean Duke3d and Redneck Rampage were made on Old Harware PC's. And all the others on newer Hardware pc's.
