Oh that's nice. Oh that's very nice.

And it's even the full version too.

I was thinking recently the version that came on-disk could use another remaster and here we are.

Awesome, not just the remastered track but the fact that Lee is on Bandcamp. Hopefully he can put Calibrations on there and earn some well deserved money for it.

That's a good idea. Now that I've found out that ASCAP doesn't monitor Bandcamp, I can go ahead and follow through with it. Give me some time and it'll probably wind up on there, albeit in 44.1KHz/16-bit format. (I can't go back and remaster the whole album, sorry.)

It's okay - ASCAP themselves told me that they don't monitor Bandcamp.

Hey, Lee, I got a question for ya....

...You ever consider doing a GRABBAG 2?

We've heard remix after remix after remix. Cover to cover. Megadeth, Gigadeth, Arkenstone, etc... But we've never heard what you might have done had you been the one doing the music for Duke Nukem Forever back in the 90s. I'd love to hear what you might have done with a second take on Grabbag.

Hell, i'd put money down for it if you put it up on Bandcamp.

Honestly, I've never considered rewriting it. The remaster is as close to a "Grabbag 2" as I'd want to get. I've seen other artists (e.g., Thomas Dolby, et al) do "sequels" to popular songs, only to fall short of expectations. I don't want to fall into that same trap. No, Grabbag is Grabbag, and let the original stand on its own forever for others to reinterpret.

Thanks for this remaster Lee.
I've enjoyed music in the 3DRealms games a lot, this remaster sounds great.
