Duke Caribbean: Life's A Beach manual?

I was just wondering if anyone had a pdf of the manual for Duke Caribbean: Life's A Beach? I haven't been able to find it online anywhere.

I own a physical copy of Life's A Beach, including the manual. Once I get to it I will do a scan, provided you guys don't find a solution in the meantime.

Thanks! Reason I was looking for it was that I've been messing around with SheepShaver and Qemu a lot lately and figured I'd see if I could get this expansion pack working with the Classic Mac OS version of Duke Nukem 3D. Got everything working except some of the new music.
