Ammo Spawning Issues  "(6502)"

I've been working on some useractor enemies which share the code of the original monsters and are called through the cactor command at level startup. They've been working correctly for quite a long time ( more than a year ) until I updated to the latest Eduke32 snapshot and I noticed how their ammo drops (AMMO on Liztroops and SHOTGUNSPRITE and SHIELD on Pigcops) randomly spawn on top of the actor and slide across the edge of its boundaries until the enemy finally dies and reaches his cstat 0. I did a workaround for this by setting the actor's cstat to 0 as soon as he starts his death animation but the same issue happens if a Liztroop enters his suffering state.

I've tried older snapshots and I managed to find the first one where this issue appears (6502), being 6496 the last one where it worked correctly.
