probably true for most men.
speaking for myself & being toward the bottom right of the chart - I'm not attracted to 20-somethings. They can outrun me.
If I became single at this point, I'd either stay single or chase something a little slower in the food chain - probably off the bottom right end and down a quarter page.
Positives:
experience
gummers
no PMS or menopause
Negatives:
may require artificial lubrication
may break a hip
some day may end up changing their diaper or colostomy bag for them

PMS is one of the most prevalent myths. Ovulation has no psychological effects on females. The proof is that, generally speaking, women on the East don't have PMS.

No, they have "wind attacks", or other cultural syndromes that replace it.
What, are you gay, or you just never lived with a woman for any 'period' of time?
On the outside chance that it is psychological, you try explaining that to a woman while she's PMS'ing.
Good luck with that.

I've just logged into duke4 after a weekend away of "hard labor" helping parents prepare to sell their ranch. Compared to real hard labor it was a cake walk, but compared to video game development it was damn near a death sentence. Considering one of my family members who is "computer savy" can get overheated in 5 minutes requiring industrial cooling systems to prevent a hives outbreak... I still consider my "took some BC powder before bed... I'm ready to eradicate the commie-loving-world" to still be functioning on the soft end of the "hard labor" spectrum.
To your point... During our estate sale this weekend there was a 35+ German speaking woman with her well spoken (in German) mother, elder teenage son (15ish), and idealistic preteen daughter, all combining into a familial conservative values volcano. The eye catching whether she wanted it or not German woman was also *NOT* wearing a ring, but wearing pants with a cross and bible quote on the ass, and a commanding approach to how the cabinets and concrete birdbath she had purchased would be arranged in her 4x4 pickup truck.
She was also, VERY interactionally receptive, to whomever could physically get the cabinets and concrete bird bath into her truck bed... but would let you know *precisely* how that bird bath should be positioned once it was in her truck bed.
I can narrow down EVERY single problem in life down to not asking. Wo ist das schlafzimmer?
Ok maybe not every... but it's a start.

Nice. You can come over and help me track down which cylinder is misfiring on my old trailblazer, since my "first-born" is of legal age and no longer accepted as payment to the pirates with the code-readers.
All you have to do is pull spark-plug wires one at a time while the vehicle is running.
I have to sit in the cab and monitor the tachometer.

That honestly sounds incredibly pleasant. I'll also lug some cinder blocks around if you need. You just have to get the trailblazer and cinderblocks within an hour of Austin.

Wish they were all in high resolution, but I had to make due with what I had (640x480 up to 14MP near the end). The one that looks like me with a Dr. Evil pinky is the first one.

I'd do the same but my ethereal Irish masculine beauty could crash the site.
