Not that I know of. I would say about 6 months ago we finalized our assumption that NG would not be around for this project so we adjusted our goals accordingly.

To me it just looks like the base graphic you put the hightile over isn't the right size.

Working on a very short animated intro cutscene for my Direct System mod in Blender.
I even gave it late 90s look to it using Duke color palette and low quality modeling.

Since Duke is approaching an island on a boat and doesn't have his gear on, can we expect some gear up scene on the beach as an homage to Commando's legendary gear up scene?

I would recommend using MeeSoft's Image Analyzer for final conversion to the palette. Photoshop doesn't do it half as good as Image Analyzer, which is free.

Just finished working on an Aquarium for my Theme park level.

Finished with Direct System mod intro video. All it needs are sounds and music, but that's something I'll work on it much later.
