If I am not mistaken, I had already made these fixes by myself, along with some others.

I did indeed. From the addon compilation readme:
"1 minor corruption removed; removed two wrong underwater teleports in starting area pool (prevented emerging from water); fixed Polymer rendering error in first building with 3 red round tables (corner walls overlapping)"
There is no need for addon compilation users to replace their version, it has all fixes.
