It really wouldn't be fair, because he'd just be showing off 3D Realm's stock rather than his personal Duke collection.

Fair doesn't matter when awesome is the option. :P

I'm going to be that jerk and declare that Gearbox has a lot of DNF development video footage sitting around that could be put to good use.

I know that's not necessarily "easy access" but they don't seem interested in doing anything with it.

/salute :)

Well, it would still be cool to watch the whole collection that they own. I mean, I for one would like to see it :)

I would like to see anyone's collection... you never know what you might learn.
Just today I was looking at someones very modest game collection which had maybe a dozen games, yet one of them was Abyss of Pandemonium for Quake. I own over 1000 games and I still haven't managed to get one of those. While I DO know what it is, and I do watch for it, many will not know what it is and they will learn something even from the smallest of collections. I like to learn about anything Duke related even if I don't plan on trying to own it. : )

I like custom stuff a lot also... I SO wish I had more time for stuff like this project, which was a very simple mod, but still fun...

I was trying to get some new images of my Duke Nukem collection up this year, but is looking unlikely. STILL working 6 or 7 days a week for a while. The more out of debt I can get, the moar Duke Stuff I can have! :)

So I want to see what anyone and everyone has for Duke Nukem stuff. :)

I'd fucking love for that to happen...the way you've talked about the levels you built circa 1999-2001(Lake Mead, Ghost Town, etc.) makes me desperate yearn for a good glimpse at what could've been. And I'm far from being the only person who holds this sentiment...

I will never forget walking into Sams Club and seeing the display with the Kill-a-Ton collection... there was no question as to purchase that one. I knew it was going to be great, but I didn't realize just how valuable it would become. Wish I had bought 50 of them now to give to Duke Fans. I remember thinking how I could keep playing with this until Duke Nukem Forever came out... and I did.
Each Winter, I play Nuclear Winter, and each Summer I play Duke Caribbean... every year still. : )

Just for funsies, I decided to piece together my Duke stuff for a group shot:

If you're wondering about the loose CDs, they're normally kept in paper sleeves. I did have big boxes for every one (except the screen saver, I believe) years ago, but my parents forced me to throw them away. That was back in 1999. I was 10 years old at the time and didn't have much arguing power. I still mourn the losses to this day.

I love these busy, collage-like shots of Duke-Stuff. :)

I just added DN3D guide to my Duke Nukem stuff... soon Time to Kill guide arrives : D

Sadly the boxed Duke3D and the expansions are insanely expensive. It's crazy how companies don't release their old games again in a limited number since there is interest by fans for old boxed games.

I keep hoping Funko or some other company makes a mini Duke collection, like a Mega Blok or Minimate Duke collection but so far no such luck.

Seen a few cool mini customs though.

This is one of the neat customs I was referring to...

I stink at modding, if I didn't I'd give it a shot myself..

Or maybe that Kubrik company that makes Grand Theft Auto series "lego-like" figures... cute, but expensive. :D

It's one of many Lego customs out there but like I think I said, I could see Funko make Duke part of their Reaction toy line since that line is all about nostalgia and being retro and I can see them making a Duke figure based off of the original scroller.

The 7 inch Neca figure of Duke looks cool but out of print Neca figures are just so damn pricey.

Just ordered a perfect condition copy of Duke3D Gold in it's big box : D

The seller even added Greece when he was only shipping to UK. The best of all was the price... just 30 euros : D

Will have to make a new Duke Nukem stuff pic lol...

Wonder what's the difference between US Gold and the other larger box version... Never had the US Gold Duke3D before.
