Hello. I've been using eduke32 for a while now without any issues but recently whenever I launch the game Windows 7 switches back to basic color mode.

I'm using version R5230, may 22 2015. Before that I was using a version from december 2014 and I still had this issue

This is not a bug: it improves performance in some circumstances and it is necessary to avoid bugs with certain AMD video cards.

If you don't want it to happen, enter "r_togglecomposition 0" into the console.

thank you for that! Keeping Windows Aero turned on makes the game start faster for me
